In accordance with requirements of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces the appointment of James Clifton-Brown as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 17 August 2016.

Mr Clifton-Brown joined CBRE Global Investors in 1984 as a fund manager on the Courtaulds Pension Scheme account (now Akzo Nobel Pension Scheme) and became the firm's UK Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”) in 1996 - a position he still holds today. In his role as UK CIO, Mr Clifton-Brown has responsibility for the firm’s UK house strategy, risk management as well as client and investor relationship management.

Since 2004, Mr Clifton-Brown has also been a Director on a number of Boards relating to CBRE Global Investors Limited. Mr Clifton-Brown is a voting member on the USA, European and Asian Investment Committees and Chairman of CBRE’s Global Separate Accounts team.

There is no additional information regarding James Clifton-Brown that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
