Realm Energy Acquisition Update
San Leon notes that Realm Energy International Corporation ("Realm Energy") has now posted the Information Circular in connection with San Leon's acquisition of Realm Energy (the "Acquisition") to its shareholders and has set the date for the shareholder special meeting to seek shareholder approval for the Acquisition as 1 November 2011.
