San Leon Energy Plc (the "Company"), the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Europe and Africa, notes the press release from Mart Resources, Inc. ("Mart") dated 3 March 2016, that Mart's shareholders have voted in favour of the proposed Plan of Arrangement between Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited and San Leon Energy Plc, as announced on 22 January 2016 and the extensions announced on 18 February and 25 February 2016.
