Nigerian Onshore Production Deal - Mart Arrangement Agreement Completed
San Leon Energy Plc (the "Company"), the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Europe and Africa, announces that, further to its press release of 22 March 2016, the Mart Arrangement Agreement has now completed, effective 24 March 2016.
San Leon requires shareholder approval and other regulatory approvals to benefit from San Leon's shares in BidCo, which are pledged to the debt investor. Completion of this part of the transaction is not expected per se to constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules but the Company will make a further announcement in due course to confirm this.
