Appointment of CFO

San Leon, the oil and gas exploration and development company focused on projects in Poland, Ireland, Morocco and Netherlands, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Barry as Chief Financial Officer of San Leon with immediate effect.

Vincent Barry (F.C.C.A) is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over twelve years experience in the areas of audit and accounting, financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance and AIM/PLUS Market reporting.

Since January 2008, Vincent was Director of Corporate Finance at LHM Casey McGrath, a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants in Dublin. During this period he had a leading role on several successful company listings on the AIM and PLUS Quoted markets, in the oil and gas and mineral exploration sectors. He has also advised extensively on the implementation of International Accounting Standards (IFRS), the development of internal financial controls and corporate governance procedures and Merger & Acquisitions projects.

Prior to that Vincent was Audit Manager with LHM Casey McGrath with responsibility for the provision of audit, accounting and taxation services to a large portfolio of clients including listed entities in the oil and gas sector, telecommunications, construction, pharmaceutical, and other regulated bodies.
