Grant of share options
Skillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL), the provider of content and technology for digital compliance transformation, announces the grant of 360,000 share options (the "EMI Options") over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to Richard Steele, Chief Financial Officer, under the Skillcast Group plc EMI Share Option Plan.
The EMI Options have an exercise price of 24 pence per option, being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 22 June 2022, the date of grant. 241,200 of the EMI Options will vest equally over four years based on continuing service, with the other 118,800 also vesting over four years subject to the achievement of performance conditions associated with growth in the value of the subscription side of the business.
Following the grant of the EMI Options, Richard Steele holds 360,000 options, equivalent to 0.40% of the Company's current issued share capital.
In total, the Company currently has options outstanding over a total of 5,050,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.65% of the Company's current issued share capital.
