Result of Reconvened AGM
600 Group (AIM: SIXH), the diversified industrial engineering company, announces that at the Group's Reconvened Annual General Meeting held late today, resolution 1 to approve the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 was passed.
The following proxy votes were received in relation to resolution 1:
