The 600 Group PLC ('the Company') announces that on 22 March 2011 it granted awards in the UK over ordinary shares in the Company under The 600 Group PLC 2008 Performance Share Plan ("PSP").
Pursuant to DR 3.1.4 and following notifications received on 22 March 2011 in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by DR 3.1.2 we hereby announce that the following awards have been granted to PDMRs.
