The 600 Group Plc (the "Company") received notification on 3 February 2014 that Maland Pension Fund purchased 300,000 shares in the Company on 3 February 2014. The holding of Mr A Perloff and the Maland Pension Fund Trustees following this transaction is 6,000,000 shares which represents 7.1% of the total voting rights in the Company.
