Appointment of
Divisional Managing Directors for Machine Tools
and Laser Marking Divisions.

Company is pleased to announce that Don Haselton, currently the President of 600 Group Inc. is to become Divisional Managing Director of the machine tool operations in the UK and USA and David Grimes, Chief Operating Officer of TYKMA Inc. has been appointed Divisional Managing Director of the global laser marking division with immediate effect. Both will report directly to Paul Dupee, 600 Group's Executive Chairman.
Don Haselton joined the Company in 2006 as President of 600 Group Inc. and has been instrumental in turning the US business into a very successful customer service led distribution business, selling machine tools under the Clausing, Colchester, Harrison, Pratt Burnerd and Gamet brands as well as a broad range of other machine tools, spares and accessories.
David Grimes Joined the Company following the acquisition of an 80% shareholding in U.S. based TYKMA Inc. in February 2015. As its Chief Operating Officer, David successfully built up the business and has most recently managed the integration of Electrox, the 600 Group's UK based laser marking company to form a company which now ranks as a world leader in this highly fragmented industry.
Commenting on the appointment, Paul Dupee, Executive Chairman of the 600 Group said:

Their appointments simplifies our operating structure significantly and gives us clear reporting lines which will enhance the way we operate as a Group as we continue to grow the business organically and through selected acquisitions."
