Board Changes
600 Group plc, the diversified industrial engineering company (AIM: SIXH), announces that Neil Carrick, previously Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of 600 Group, will be returning to the role of Group CFO effective 1 January 2023. Rui Lopes, current Chief Financial Officer, will step down as a director of the Group with effect from 31 December 2022 by mutual agreement.
Neil Carrick joined 600 Group in 2011 as Finance Director and held the position up until November 2020, when he stepped down from the CFO role. As part of Neil's re-appointment as CFO, he will be working closely with management on delivering the Group's strategy.
Paul Dupee, Chairman, said:
"We are delighted to welcome Neil back to the position of CFO. I and the Board thank Rui for his important contributions to the Group during 2022, whereby he oversaw the divestment of the machine tools business and implementation of our strategy focussing on growing the Group's laser division."
