Grant of Options

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company, today announces that its Remuneration Committee has issued options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Options") to Stephen Moon and Vivienne Sparks, both directors of the Company, in line with their remuneration packages.

Mr Moon has been awarded 267,206 Options and Mrs Sparks 16,850 Options as part of their annual incentives under the Company's share option plan ("SOP") following their and the Company's performance for the 9 months to December 2014. Mr Moon now holds 595,331 Options and Mrs Sparks now holds 16,850 Options. The Options have vested and can be exercised for nil consideration.

Further to the above, the Company today announces that Mrs Sparks has been invited to participate within the long term incentive element of the SOP. Mrs Sparks is entitled to up to 1.5 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company subject to certain future performance targets being met. The long term incentive options if they vest can be exercised for nil consideration The award to Mrs Sparks forms part, and is within the limits, of the SOP arrangements put in place by the Company at its IPO in August 2013. Mr Moon and John Clarke, both directors of the Company, remain future beneficiaries of the SOP.
