Hotel Corp (The) PLC15 February 2005 15 February 2005 Embargoed for release at 7.00am The Hotel Corporation plc (the "Company") Maiden dividend The Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 2.5 pence per sharepayable in respect of the 22,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue atthe time of flotation of the Company (with ISIN number GB00B01H4N01). The dividend ex-date is 23 February 2005, and the dividend will be payable on 11March 2005 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25February 2005. At the close of business on the dividend record date, 25 February 2005, the twoseparate ISIN numbers for the Company, GB00B01H4N01 and GB00B04X5986, will mergeunder the same ISIN number, GB00B01H4N01 and accordingly, as of that time, all34,619,050 ordinary shares of 5p each in the issued share capital of the Companywill be identical and rank pari passu for all future dividends.
