Total voting rights and share capital
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue as at the date of this notice is 160,707,393 with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no shares held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Share plc is 160,707,393.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Share plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
