Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Richard Stone, Finance Director of the Company, has today exercised 88,295 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.06% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an average exercise price of 14.8 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in 2007 under the Company's EMI arrangements.
Richard Stone has also today sold the 88,295 shares at 26.0 pence per ordinary share.
Following these transactions, Richard Stone's holding in the company remains unchanged at 82,453 shares representing approximately 0.06% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. Richard Stone holds 760,630 Ordinary Shares under option or co-ownership agreements with the Employee Benefit Trust (representing approximately 0.53% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
