Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Richard Stone, Finance Director of the Company, has today exercised 50,000 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.03% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 15.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in March 2007 under the Company's EMI arrangements.

Richard Stone has also today sold the 50,000 shares at 22.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following these transactions Richard Stone continues to hold 112,423 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.08% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
