Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 18 March 2020 Gareth Thomas, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 117,187 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 25.6 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, also on 18 March 2020 Mrs J Thomas, a person closely associated with Gareth Thomas, purchased 68,944 Ordinary Shares at 29 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Gareth Thomas holds 310,164 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.22% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. Mr Thomas and persons closely associated with him now own in aggregate 404,962 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.28% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
