Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 4 June 2019 Gareth Thomas, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred some of his ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into his ISA account through a sale of 60,610 Ordinary Shares at 33 pence per share and subsequent purchase of 60,511 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33.05 pence per share into his ISA.
