Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 7 April 2014 Gavin Oldham, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 8,949 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Gavin Oldham holds 17,583,366 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 12.24% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. The Gavin Oldham concert party holds 109,317,816 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 76.1% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
