Change to Board Structure
Share plc (AIM: SHRE), whose principal business is The Share Centre Limited, one of the leading independent UK stockbrokers, is pleased to announce that Richard Stone, Group Finance Director, has assumed the additional role of Group Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.
