Agreement to acquire Investment Trust ISA assets worth up to £78m

from

Henderson Global Investors Limited

Share (AIM: SHRE.LN), a leading UK independent retail stockbroker which operates The Share Centre, is pleased to announce that The Share Centre has signed an agreement with Henderson Global Investors Limited, a global asset management company, to acquire their remaining Investment Trust ISA accounts.

Under the agreement The Share Centre will acquire up to 3,000 ISA accounts containing assets of approximately £78 million invested predominantly in Henderson's Managed Investment Trusts. Henderson has written to all the account holders concerned and the effective date of transfer will be 11 December 2015.

The Share Centre has a significant existing ISA business and currently offers trading in Investment Trusts as part of its core service offering. It also provides a wide range of retail self-select investment services and has an advice service for which customers can register offered at no extra cost.
