Notification and public disclosure of Deferred Share Awards to Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

SIG plc announces that on 29 March 2021, the following award was granted over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award which are structured as nil cost options. The Deferred Share Award is granted under the SIG plc 2018 Bonus Plan and in line with the Directors' Remuneration Policy 2020. The number of Ordinary Shares granted has been calculated using an Ordinary Share price of 39.0 pence per share.
The vesting date for the shares will be 29 March 2024 being the third anniversary of the award date. Once vested, the shares will normally be exercisable until the day before the tenth anniversary of the award date. The shares are subject to a two-year holding period commencing on vesting.
