Shanta Gold, the East Africa focused gold production and exploration company, announces that the Company's Report and Accounts, for the period ended 31 December 2013, has been posted to shareholders today. A copy of the Report and Accounts is available on the Company's website (www.shantagold.com).
The Company also announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Suite A, St Peter Port House, Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 30 May 2014 at 10.00am.
