The Directors of Shanta Gold, the East African focused gold mining company, are pleased to announce that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at Suite A, St Peter Port House, Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 22nd October 2012 at 11.00am.
