Mr Maurice Paul Alain Emery,who had been appointed as Alternate Director to Mr Walton Norman Brian Imrie,has today resigned from his position. Mr Maheshkumar Patel is a beneficiary of a trust that owns 50% of ExportHoldings Limited, which in turn owns 20,812,500 ordinary shares of 0.01p each inthe Company. Mr Maheshkumar Patel, as beneficiary of the trust, therefore hasan interest in 16.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
