Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

 

Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or "the Company") (ASX:SGX) (AIM:SGZ) wishes to announce that a Notice ("Notice") of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders shortly. The AGM will be held on Monday 30 November 2015 at 4.00 pm (WST) at 24 Colin Street, West Perth, Australia.

 

The Company's full annual report for the year to 30 June 2015 and the Notice of its AGM is now available on the Company's website at www.scotgoldresources.com and has been posted to shareholders.
