ISSUE OF OPTIONS
Scotgold (ASX:SGZ, AIM: SGZ) announces that following the announcement entitled 'RMB Agreement' and 'Pre Development Financing for the Cononish mine agreed with RMB Resources' (see Press Release 2nd July 2012), the Company confirms that the facility provides for RMB Australia Holdings Limited (RMB) to acquire up to 26,222,222 ordinary shares in Scotgold, which is within the 15% permitted without shareholder approval under ASX listing rule 7.1. The exercise price for the RMB options is £0.045 per ordinary share.
