Director dealings
Scotgoldhas been notified that Mr Edmond Edwards, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday acquired 87,843 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at a price of 9.1 Australian cents per ordinary share.
Following this transaction Mr. Edwards has an interest in 1,847,843 Ordinary Shares representing 1.58 per cent. of Scotgold's issued share capital.
