Director dealing

The Company has been notified that on 3 July 2017, Mr Nat le Roux, Chairman of Scotgold, transferred 632,220,806 ordinary shares in the Company from his personal holding into Depositary Interests to be held in his nominee account with Hargreave Hale, investment managers and stockbroker ("the Transfer").

There has been no change in beneficial ownership and the reason for the Transfer is a result of the Company's de-listing from the Australian Stock Exchange in October 2016.

Following completion of the Transfer, Nat le Roux will remain beneficially interested in 632,220,806 of the Company's ordinary shares (approximately 39.69% of the Company's issued share capital). He also holds 45,656,433 options to acquire ordinary shares at an exercise price of £0.01, which expire on 30 September 2017.
