INVESTOR AND ANALYST EVENT
SEGRO plc ("SEGRO" or the "Group"), the leading listed owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing, is today hosting an Investor and Analyst Event focused on its London business.
The combination of strong occupier demand for urban warehouses with rapid access to London's growing population and the shrinking supply of industrial land makes London an ideal location for investment. SEGRO's London portfolio accounts for 40 per cent of its invested capital and £2.7 billion of assets under management (£2.2 billion at share) across 54 estates.
Presentations will be delivered by members of the management team on SEGRO's strategy in London, as well as by a speaker from external advisor, Savills, and by the CEO of Heathrow Airport Ltd, John Holland-Kaye. The event will include visits to SEGRO's estates at Origin and Greenford Park in Park Royal, and to Axis Park which is adjacent to Heathrow Airport. Attendees will also visit development sites in Hayes and Heathrow.
