Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 17 June 2019, the following Director sold 110,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (Shares). The table below sets out the details of the sale and his resultant beneficial holding.

The value of the shares has been calculated using the share price of 727.044 pence.
