SEGRO COMPLETES DISSOLUTION OF HEATHROW BIG BOX JOINT VENTURE

Further to its announcement dated 12 June 2015, SEGRO plc confirms that it has completed the component transactions resulting in the dissolution of the Heathrow Big Box Industrial and Distribution Fund joint venture.
