Exercise of Share Options
The Company announces that it has received notice to exercise options over 258,333 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted under the Company's unapproved share option scheme. Accordingly, application has been made for the 258,333 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the option exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 11 April 2014. Following the exercise of options, the Company has 48,704,404 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are in treasury.
