Sigma Capital Group plc, the private rented sector, residential development and urban regeneration specialist, announces that it was today notified, that on 5 June 2019, Jim McMahon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 115 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Mr McMahon holds 65,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
