Sigma Capital Group plc, the private rented sector and urban regeneration specialist, announces that it was today notified that on 29 September 2017, that David Sigsworth, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 26,667 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Sigsworth holds 671,971 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.76 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
