Sigma Technology Group PLC08 June 2006 For immediate release 8 June 2006 SIGMA TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC ("Sigma" or the "Group") AGM Statement Sigma Technology Group plc (AIM:SGM), the specialist investment management andadvisory group announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held today BrianHadfield, Chairman, said "I am pleased to report that, following on from the positive results weannounced for 2005 during which the Group made significant progress across allaspects of its business, progress has continued in the first part of the currentfinancial year. During this period we have announced some significant milestonesin the development of the Group, which the Directors believe will act as aspringboard to future growth. In January 2006, we announced the establishment of the Sigma SustainableEnergies Fund with Scottish and Southern Energy plc as trade investor. This fundhas made its first investment in Ocean Power Delivery, and we are delighted withthe progress that this investment is making. We also announced on 24 April 2006, that Sigma had signed Heads of Agreement forits first university partnership with Robert Gordon University. The terms ofthis agreement are being finalised and we hope to announce its completionshortly. The Property side of our business is also progressing well. In April 2006, weannounced that our property subsidiary had completed its 4th propertyacquisition of a development in St Paul's Square located within Liverpool'scommercial district. The fee from this transaction of £2.2m before third partycosts, will be reflected in Sigma's half year results to 30th June 2006 and ishigher than the whole of our property subsidiary's turnover in 2005. The high level of activity continues across all areas of the business and I lookforward to updating you further as the year progresses." At the AGM today all the resolutions were duly passed including the change ofthe Company name to Sigma Capital Group plc, subject to the consent of theRegistrar of Companies.
