Issue of Equity
Stanley Gibbons was notified on 1 July 2011 that one of its current employees has exercised an Option granted under the Company's 2000 Executive Share Option Scheme which requires the issue of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Accordingly, application has been made for 25,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 8 July 2011.
Following Admission the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 25,242,443 Ordinary Shares.
