The Company was notified that on 20 May 2019, Annette Court, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,350 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at a price of 746.3985 pence per share. Ms Court's resultant shareholding after this transaction is 1,350 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each.
