Change of Director

Sinosoft, the AIM quoted (AIM: SFT), China based developer and provider of software and related services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yifa Yu as a Director and Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Yu replaces Mr. Alfred Ho who has resigned as Finance Director for personal reasons. 

Mr. Yu (age 35) brings nine years' financial experience to the role, gained while working as an auditor and finance manager in China and Singapore. Mr Yu is a Certified Practising Accountant of Australia and holds a Master's Degree in Commerce, specialising in Advanced Accounting from the University of New South Wales as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Accountancy) from the University of Southern Queensland. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin and will relocate to Nanjing to work full time for the Company. 

Mr. Yu started his career in 2000 as an accountant in Kleans Corporation Pte Ltd, a provider of professional clean room services to the hard disk drive industry in Singapore. In 2002, Mr Yu joined KPMG, Singapore, as a senior auditor where he conducted audit on companies from different industries. 

Between 2005 and 2007, Mr Yu served as Finance Manager for Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, a Singapore based provider of supervisory control systems for buildings. After that, Mr. Yu joined JCB Sales Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, part of the JCB Group, as Accounting Manager where he assisted the Managing Director in financial reporting and various accounting functions such as budgeting, cashflow control, planning and management. 

Mr. Yu does not hold any other directorships or partnerships and he has confirmed that there are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
