Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

S4 Capital (SFOR.L), is pleased to announce that following the publication of its Prospectus on 8 October 2019, 101,091,994 ordinary shares of £0.25 each ("New Ordinary Shares") will be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. GMT today under the ticker "SFOR" ("Admission"). The ISIN is GB00BFZZM640.

Upon Admission the Firewood Merger will become unconditional.

The Company's issued share capital is 466,160,518 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareowners as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
