Grant of Options
Safestyle UK plc (AIM: SFE), the leading UK-focused retailer and manufacturer of PVCu windows and doors for the UK homeowner market announces that, on 10 April 2017, the Company granted to Steve Birmingham (Chief Executive Officer), Mike Robinson (Chief Financial Officer) and Giles Richell (Chief Operating Officer) an aggregate 131,761 nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company under the terms of the Safestyle UK plc 2017 Performance Share Plan.
The options are subject to the achievement of performance conditions and are exercisable from 10 April 2020 to 10 April 2027.
