Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces that it has been notified that on 3 July 2020, Mike Gallacher, Chief Executive Officer, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27 pence per Ordinary Share and, shortly thereafter, he and his wife together acquired the same number of Ordinary Shares at the same price into their ISA accounts (with 147,959 Ordinary Shares being acquired by Mike Gallacher and 52,041 Ordinary Shares being acquired by his wife).
Following this transaction, Mike Gallacher and his connected persons beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
