Application has today been made for 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").
The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of employee options. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 8 August 2008 on AIM.
Following the exercise of these options, as of 5 August 2008, the details of its issued share capital and voting rights are as follows:
