SerVision plc18 June 2007 SerVision Plc ("SerVision" or "the Company") SerVision agrees distribution deals in USA and France SerVision Plc, the AIM listed leading developer and manufacturer of digitalsecurity systems, is pleased to announce that it has signed distributionagreements in both France and the USA with a combined total value to the Companyof over $700,000 in the first full year. In France, the Company has agreed terms with the distributor MPLC to deliver$400k of SerVision products by the end of the calendar year, whereby SerVisionwill provide its entire range of SVG, IVG and HVG equipment as well as thenecessary technical training and operational assistance, concentrating on itsthree core markets - commercial, transportation and residential. In the USA, a similar deal has been agreed with SGI Ltd with a value of $300k toSerVision over an initial twelve month period.
