SerVision plc13 February 2007 SerVision PLC Distribution Agreement SerVision PLC, a leading developer and manufacturer of digital security systemsand video transmission over cellular networks, is pleased to announce that ithas signed an agreement with GCO Security N.V. to distribute its SVG and HVGproducts in France and Benelux. The total consideration of the contract in the first year is expected to be inthe region of $1m, representing some 1,200 units. The first shipment of 150units worth approximately $110,000 to the Company has already been dispatched.The SVG and HVG products provide the highest quality remote video surveillanceavailable and will be targeted at SerVision's three core markets, namelycommercial, transportation and residential. GCO is a distributor of Video Security equipment, specialising in CCTV. Thecompany began operations in Benelux in 2005 and has since established itself asone of the leading distributors in the region, leading to its expansion intoFrance.
