Placing of New Shares and Issue of Warrants

The board of directors of Sefton (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Company has raised £799,500 gross through a placing for new common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Shares"). The new Shares have been subscribed for by clients of Novum Securities Limited at a price of 0.065 pence per Share (the "Placing"). A total of 1,230,000,000 new Shares have been issued today, and an application will be made for the new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 23 June 2015 ("Admission"). The Placing has been carried out within the Company's existing share authorities.

The Company has also issued 615,000,000 warrants to subscribe for Shares at an exercise price of 0.065 pence per Share expiring the sooner of 31st August 2015 or at 4:30pm on the third business day following the announcement of the company securing further financing (the "Warrants"). The Warrants have been issued on a 1 for 2 ratio to subscribers for Shares under the Placing.

The Company confirms that the new placing proceeds will be used to accelerate the Company's objective of acquiring interests in new production, development and/or exploration assets with use of proceeds being to continue to undertake further due diligence on certain assets (as announced on 2 February 2015).

Following the Placing, the Company will have a total of 4,101,381,534 Shares in issue (the "Enlarged Share Capital"). The new Shares issued pursuant to the Placing represent 29.99% of the Enlarged Share Capital.
