Raylene Whitford, the Company's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), has announced her immediate resignation from the board of directors (the "Board") for personal reasons. She will remain in her position as CFO in a non-Board capacity. The Board would like to express its thanks for her contribution during the last few months.
