The Directors of the Company have declared that an interim dividend will be payable to holders of Ordinary Shares as follows in respect of the three month period ended 30 June 2017:

Record Date: 28 July 2017
Payment Date: 25 August 2017
Dividend per Ordinary Share: 1.5 pence
