Final Dividend Timetable

Sepura's Preliminary Results announcement released earlier today under RNS Number 7961V, stated a proposed final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2008 of 0.85 pence per Ordinary share. The key dates in support of the proposal are as follows:

 

AGM (shareholder approval required) - 23 July 2008

Ex-dividend date - 16 July 2008

Record date - 18 July 2008

Payment date - 15 August 2008
