The Company was notified of the Purchase of 900,000 ordinary shares registered in the name of Pursley Resources Limited ("Pursley"),Ā a Company owned by the wife of Dr. A.B.C Orjiako, ChairmanĀ ofĀ theĀ Company. Following the purchase, Pursley nowĀ holdsĀ aĀ direct interestĀ in 900,000 ordinaryĀ shares inĀ the Company which equates to a voting interest of 0.15% (based on Issued Share Capital of 588,444,561).

This notification is made in accordance with Rule 12 of the Amendments to the Listing Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
